SHOPPING LIST
Let’s PREPARE for your new puppy! **MOST IMPORTANT to purchase BEFORE puppy comes home**
Enjoy your shopping. We know at this day, lot of things maybe shortage. So please get ready earlier.
BASICS:
- Food and water bowls ( stainless steel – avoid plastic or ceramic which can leach into the food/water )
- Dog Bed ( nice and soft bed)
- Name tag and collar / harness
- Dog travelling carrier / travelling seat with seat belt
- Puppy waste bags – for those walks
- Crate or kennel -It is best to start with a medium crate for the house training stage.
- Puppy playpen
TRAINING:
- Puppy pee pads / Potty mat – if you plan to train your pup indoors at any time
- Paper towels & spot cleaner – for accidents
- Teething toys
- Puppy treats
* CHECK INGREDIENTS! some can cause upset tummies and then diarrhea and
avoid the hard treat such as pig ear
* I personally use Love Em Liver Rewards Puppy Treat for the young age.
GROOMING:
- Shampoo and conditioner
* Don’t use human products
* An oatmeal based shampoo has different PH and human shampoos are irritating
- Dog brush and comb
- Nail clipper
- Dog tooth brush and toothpaste
Worming and tick and flea treatment
- Worming Tablet
- Tick and flea treatment ( Tablet/Spot on)
